There are, at the moment, still some hotel and B&B rooms available within a reasonable distance from the Festival.
The best thing to do, as soon as possible, is to check out Alfold Hotels on www.booking.com and trivago.com , or google AirBnb Alfold where you can find plenty of places.
Remember that places will be increasingly scarce as the festival approaches!
