CASH or CARD?
The bar and stalls should be able to accept either cash or card payments, but of course they are relying on a good signal to take card payment. Signal SHOULD be OK, but we advise taking cash with you, just in case... nobody wants to be BEERLESS!
TICKETS
Can still be purchased online until 10am each day, assuming the online system is still working! They will also be available to purchase at the gate on the day, but Gate prices are higher - save £££ by buying online. Also, tickets for ALFOLD 2026 will be on sale at the merch tent, lowest price guaranteed.
PETS
Well behaved dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times, and of course any mess MUST be cleaned up immediately
ARRIVAL ON SITE
If you have a 4DAY camping ticket you can arrive from midday on Thursday. Please ensure you have ALL your tickets to hand to show to stewards - Festival tickets, Camping tickets (per person), and Campervan / Hookup tickets if applicable. HOOK UPS will receive power from 6pm on Thursday, not before. If you absolutely need it before then, don't arrive on site too early! PLEASE do not come before midday - you won't get in!
If you have a 3Day camping ticket, you can arrive from 10am Friday onwards.
Please remember, you cannot bring food or drink into the arena, except for SEALED bottles of water, which can be refilled in the arena. No restrictions, obviously, in the campsites.
Box Office is open from 4pm Thursday until 9pm. Friday-Sunday open at 10am until 9pm.
Arena opens at 6pm Thursday, 11.30am Friday-Sunday.
